Welcome to Repli.so! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our AI-powered messaging assistant services (the "Service") provided by Repli.so ("Repli", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Service Description

Repli.so provides an AI assistant that connects to your Facebook Business Page and/or Instagram Business Account to automatically respond to client messages in Messenger and Instagram DMs.

2. Account Registration and Use

You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You grant Repli.so permission to access your connected Facebook Page(s) and/or Instagram Account(s) to retrieve messages and send replies on your behalf, according to the settings you configure.

3. Fees and Payment

Our Service is offered under various subscription plans as detailed on our Pricing page. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated by us in writing. We use a third-party payment processor (Stripe) to handle payments.

4. User Responsibilities and Conduct

• You are solely responsible for the content of messages sent by the AI on your behalf and for compliance with all applicable platform policies (Facebook, Instagram) and laws.
• You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to send spam, abusive, or harassing messages.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided to the AI (e.g., via FAQ, custom prompts).

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Repli.so and its licensors.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Repli.so makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall Repli.so or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
